Vitamin A and C is compulsary in Winter

Yellow,Red and orange colour vegetables and fruits like mangoes,gourd,papaya,etc are rich in vitamin A. Deficiency of vitamin A affect respiratory tract,gastro-intestinal tract,genito-urinary tract's mucos cell lining are the first layer to fight with bacteria and viruses. so, we should not avoid taking vitamin A in our daily diet.
                          Vitamin C increases immunity in our body and protects us from several diseases.So, we should take citrus fruits like lemon, aamla, oranges etc sufficiently in our daily diet.
